By confirming your order you agree that all sales and transactions by and between you, as the buyer, and Truth Naturals are final.   If you are not completely satisfied with your product you can ship it back to us within 30 days of your order for a 100% product price refund, less shipping charges.  We stand behind our products and we are confident you will be happy with their quality and safety.  If you purchased your product through an independent representative, please contact them directly for refund assistance.

Shipping of product occurs within 5 to 7 days after you place your order.  We use FedEx as our shipping provider.
